These foam wedges are a very useful tool. They provide a great aid in the performance of a variety of poses. Constructed from a dense foam, our wedge is a helpful yoga tool. Use it under your heels in squatting or under the hips in forward bends. Comment: This is a decent wedge, but the foam is a bit too squishy under the hands for my taste. I prefer the cork wedge made by Hugger Mugger.

Comment: I use this wedge to elevate the heel in wall twists, and the toes in standing poses -- it really helps with sciatica. It is firm enough to provide great support, and pliant enough to be comfortable. It springs back into shape immediately after applying pressure in a pose, and it is a good height -- neither too thin, nor too thick. Highly recommended.

Comment: I checked around on the web, looking into the company, and comparing prices for the yoga wedge. The Amazon price was the best offer. I have used the Hugger Mugger Foam Yoga almost daily since I received it. It is sturdy enough to work well for a currently overweight (and shrinking) yoga student. It arrived earlier than I expected. The foam is high quality, and the color matched my mat, blocks and strap- a nice plus.

Comment: I tried all of the sporting goods stores and could not find the yoga wedge. The only place I could find this item was on line.I ordered the item on a Thursday and it showed up at my house on a Monday, very fast service.
It is a very handy item that helps you mantain proper form in several yoga poses . I even bought one for my daughter..
