Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: Good product Comment: I'm not certain what was wrong for the others who bought this, but it works just fine for me. First of all, there was no glue used at all to ship mine - perhaps you just got it bad from the distributor friend... Second, this didn't even come with a blue marker, but came with a black one, and it erases fine for me. Also, magnets hold to this really well. I'd normally give this a four star review, as it's nothing amazing, but the other reviews seemed so harsh to me that I'm trying to balance it out. In general, a good product for your buck. Customer Rating: Summary: Poorly packaged Comment: The packaging uses a glue that cannot be easily removed from the whiteboard. Definitely a candidate for the Darwin Award. The whiteboard comes pre-ruined because of this glue. Smart move, Quartet. Customer Rating: Summary: not fully erasable (stained) Comment: The blue marker from Quartet is not entirely erasable, even using the fluid.
