Summary: No more batteries!
Comment: The eco drive system idea is just great! You don't have to ever buy another battery again or pay the watch repairman to put in a new battery for you since this watch recharges itself with plain old light.
The eco drive watch keeps great time and looks great. It is on the expensive side, but for a daily "beater" watch that is dependable, you can't go wrong with the citizen eco drive watch.
The only thing I didn't really like too much was the black synthetic band, but you can just swap it out for a better looking one if you want.

Comment: I bought the watch for my wife before a dive vacation. The watch was great. The thought of never having to violate the seal to change a battery is a big plus in this self-recharging Citizen watch. The watch looks the part of a sturdy, down-to-business, dive watch. We could have done without the dive table on the band, but that was a minor detraction. I would recommend this watch to anyone looking for a dive watch with all the function and none of the fussy style you see in so many other current dive watches.
