Comment: I find it improper that Ms. Healy, who works for Windowbox.com, would write a review. Of course, she also wrote one on davesGarden.com. That review was accompanied by another bit of creative writing from a guy billing himself as "Beatty's Dad." Well, the owner of Windowbox has a toddler named Beatty.

Summary: Bet their stuff is great... if it ever arrives
Comment: These products sound great, so I ordered a set of plants for my mom for Mother's Day on May 12. I was JUST informed today (June 13) that they never shipped because the seller was too swamped with Mother's Day orders. I was also told that I could not get the shipping refunded on a replacement order because their system couldn't process a partial refund. (And I don't think a customer should even have to ask for free shipping when a seller screws up this badly!) I have never had an e-commerce experience that was handled this poorly. Too bad, because their products really do sound neat.
